Do you take insurance?
We do not accept insurance, we are a "cash" practice, meaning that all appointments will be paid for at the end of each visit. However, we can provide a superbill upon request which you can submit to your insurance to be reimbursed for your visit.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Of course, all we ask is that you contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours you may be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% the appointment cost.
For members, please cancel 3 hours before your scheduled appointment so that other members have the opportunity to schedule. If you cancel within 3 hours you may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $15.
Our Recovery and Performance Membership is designed for consistent care. Whether your looking for maintenance care, relief from chronic pain, or improved performance, the membership might be the right choice for you.
Similar to most memberships, you are charged at a flat monthly rate that includes all services offered in the office.
