About Peak Recovery and Performance in Greenville, SC
Built by Athletes, for Athletes
We are a boutique sports chiropractic clinic in Greenville, SC built around one-on-one care, real education, and a genuine understanding of what it takes to keep training and competing at your best.

Built for Athletes. Centered on You.
Peak Recovery and Performance exists because active adults and athletes deserve more than a two-minute visit and a generic adjustment. We combine hands-on care, multi-modality treatment, and performance-focused rehab to help you understand what is driving your pain and build a plan that actually works.
The Standard of Care You've Been Looking For
At Peak, every visit is spent with the doctor, no assistants, no hand-offs. We take the time to find out what is really going on so we can build a care plan that works.
One-on-One Care, Every Visit
You see the doctor from the first visit to the last, not an assistant or a rotating provider. That consistency makes better outcomes possible.
Multi-Modality Treatment
We bring together adjustments, soft tissue work, dry needling, and performance rehab under one roof. You get the right tools for your specific situation.
Education Over Quick Fixes
We explain what is driving your pain and what to do about it. You leave every visit with a clearer picture of your body and a plan you can follow.
Performance-Minded from Day One
We work with elite athletes on the PGA Tour and at the CrossFit Games. That perspective shapes how we approach care for every patient who walks through the door.
the team you'll be working with
Meet the people who make Peak Recovery and Performance what it is.

Dr. Austin Albison graduated from Parker University becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. After graduation he spent four years as Director of the largest Chiropractic/Rehab membership in the Dallas Metro Area. Recently, Austin and his wife, Lolly, have decided to move back to Lolly's home state of South Carolina. If you've been a patient at Peak there is a high chance you been able to meet Austin's family because community and relationships is of high value in the Albison home.
Before attending Parker University, Austin attended Cal-Poly SLO, earning his bachelor’s in Kinesiology Exercise Science with a specialization in Biomechanics. With his constant pursuit to understand “perfect” human movement, he has spent a great deal of his time learning many different techniques to identify and correct pain and dysfunction as fast as possible.
Dr. Austin played Division 1-AA football at Cal-Poly SLO, where he battled through his own series of injuries. During that time, he learned the importance of building a solid foundation of movements that he now uses with every patient he sees.
Austin is currently a private physiotherapist with the PGA Tour, and has experience working with athletes across all levels (Olympic, Paralympic, Crossfit Games, NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NCAA, High School, and youth sports) and loves the opportunity to help someone who is passionately working towards a goal.
Dr. Austin has additional education in Titleist Performance Institute Medical 2, ACL Pre-habilitation, OPEX Coaches Certificate Program, Dry Needling, Torque Release Technique, Auriculotherapy, Active Release Technique, Motion Palpation Institute, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment.

Dr. Lee grew up in a small town in Eastern North Carolina where he played soccer & tennis. He attended Appalachian State University where he majored in Exercise Science with a specialization in Strength & Conditioning. Before embarking on his chiropractic journey, Dr. Lee spent valuable years as a private trainer & Wellness Director in Naples, Florida.
Dr. Lee attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida where he also tutored Musculoskeletal Anatomy & coached CrossFit. Before relocating to South Carolina to be closer to family with his wife, Hannah, & baby (on the way), he practiced In Naples & Jacksonville, Florida, working closely with a professional CrossFit camp, Brute Strength, in both locations.
Dr. Lee also currently works remotely with several athletes in the: NFL, MLB, Tennis, Motocross & the CrossFit Games. You can also catch Dr. Lee as an adjunct professor teaching Anatomy & Physiology at USC-Upstate, at the gym, or on a disc golf course somewhere!
Dr. Lee’s favorite thing to hear from his patients is: “You just get it.”. His goal is to provide you with the care he would expect if the roles were reversed. He wants you cared for, treated well, and provided with the tools necessary to get you back doing the things you love!

If Lolly isn't in the gym, you will find her helping run and manage Peak Recovery and Performance with her husband, Austin. She is a CF-L1 coach, BIRTHFIT coach and a nutrition coach with ROOTED Coaches. In her free time she enjoys bike riding and venturing out around town to watch some good football games and hang out with friends. Or most likely you will run into her and her dog, Chuck, while walking the Swamp Rabbit trail. Chuck will most likely be carrying a stick and please say hi if you see them!
