What Greenville athletes are saying

Real results from CrossFitters, golfers, and active adults who refused to let pain sideline them.

Austin is amazing! He listened to my needs and concerns. He explained a great plan for my recovery and has executed just as we discussed. I felt better after my first visit. So happy to be working with him and Lolly! They are a great team.
Gabby
The appointment started promptly. After I explained the pain I was having he started treatment that improved the issue. He gave me pre-workout exercises to loosen the area prior to more intense exercise. Overall it was very informative. Highly recommend.
David Garrison
Truly the best! Austin helped my lower back and hamstring pain so much after just 1 visit. I highly recommend coming here and checking these guys out!

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about getting started at Peak Recovery and Performance.

Is this like traditional chiropractic?

Not exactly. At Peak, visits are one-on-one with the doctor and typically 40 minutes for a new patient and 20 minutes for follow-ups. We combine chiropractic adjustments with hands-on soft tissue work, dry needling, and performance rehab—whatever your situation calls for. You won't be rushed through a quick adjustment and sent on your way.

Do I need a referral to book a first appointment?

No referral needed. You can book your first appointment directly online through our Jane scheduling system. We'll do a thorough evaluation on your first visit, identify what's driving your pain, and walk you through a clear plan of care built around your goals.

Will I have to stop training while I'm getting care?

Our goal is to keep you moving. We work with your training schedule and help you modify where needed, but stopping completely is rarely the answer. Most people at Peak continue training in some form throughout their care plan—smarter, not just lighter.

Why is Peak cash-based and how does payment work?

Being cash-based lets us spend real time with you every visit instead of rushing through protocols designed for insurance billing. We offer pay-in-full visits, monthly memberships, and accept HSA/FSA. We also provide superbills if you want to pursue out-of-network reimbursement on your own.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Come dressed to move—athletic shorts or leggings and a t-shirt work great. Your first appointment is a full evaluation where we dig into what's driving your pain, walk you through our findings, and build a plan centered on your sport and your goals. No generic protocols—just care built for you.
